GRAPES FROM WHICH WINE IS PRODUCED
Chardonnay
The most well-known grape in the world, especially used in French champagne production, is produced from this grape, which can be aged. It grows everywhere between 30-50 latitudes in the world. Oak barrels and climates can affect the aroma profile. It has medium and above acidity, produces medium and above bodied wines, and is suitable for maturing in oak barrels and aging in bottles. While lemon, yellow apple, pineapple, peach, vanilla, toast aromas are felt on the nose, lemon, citrus, yellow apple are felt on the palate.
Riesling
Regardless of the region it grows in, it stands out with its sharp aroma. It has an aroma that reminds us of honey, flowers or the minerals of the land it grows in. Although it produces many more varieties of wine than Chardonnay, it is not as famous as it.
Sémillon
It is the most important grape variety used in the production of white wine in the world. Wines made from Sémillion are often blended with other grapes because they are slightly oily, low in acidity and initially light in flavor.
Chenin Blanc
It is a high quality white grape variety. The wines made from this grape can taste honey and wet hay aromas. Its most distinctive feature is its high acidity.
Sauvignon Blanc

Viognier
It is a very valuable grape variety with a very nice aroma. Its yellow color gives the wine a striking color. Its taste reminds of apricots and its smell reminds of flowers.
Marsanne
The wines made from this grape are generally dry, consistent, low in acidity and very elegant, although not as much as Roussanne wines. They contain aromas of apple and pear.
Rousanne

Pinot Blanc
It is a white grape produced from the Pinot Gris variety of the Pinot species. The best wines are made in the Alsace region of France. These wines are soft, refreshing and low in acidity.
Emir
It is a local grape variety grown in the Cappadocia region of Turkey. This grape variety, which loves high altitude, volcanic, calcareous soil structure, and continental climate, gets its name from the fact that it was always on the tables of the Emirs who ruled the region. It has aromas of green apple, pear, blood orange, and pine. In hot climates, it reminds us of pineapple, kiwi, and melon aromas.
Narince
It is a local grape grown in Tokat, Turkey. It has the name Narince, which means elegant and delicate. This grape has aromas such as orange, grapefruit, green lime, white pineapple, fig, acacia, fruit and flower scents, basil, ripe green apple, walnut. Medium body and above, with balanced acidity, it is matured in oak barrels and aged wines are made.
Pinot Gris
It is also grown in northern Italy and in countries such as France, Germany, Australia and America. They are low-bodied wines with high acidity. The aroma is reminiscent of lime, lemon, pear, white nectarine and green apple. Depending on the climate and the region where it is grown, the aroma profile leaves pale honey-like, mineral flavors on the palate.
