TALL CUPS
For some coffee lovers, it is important to feel the taste of milk more intensely. In this case, coffee types made with more concentrated milk are preferred. Cold coffees are especially preferred in the summer months. Both cold coffees and coffees made with concentrated milk are served in tall cups and glasses.
 
 
FRAPPE COFFEE
 
Frappe is a type of cold coffee that originated in Greece and is widely consumed. It is prepared with a shaker or Frappe machine. 2 coffee spoons of instant coffee, sugar, and approximately 100 ml of water are mixed until foamy and this mixing process produces plenty of foam. It is served in tall glasses with plenty of ice and a straw. Milk is added if desired.
 
 
CAFFE LATTE
 
It is a type of coffee where the taste of milk is felt more intensely than coffee. It is prepared by adding approximately 180-300 ml of hot milk to 60 ml of Espresso. It has a soft taste.
 
 
IRISH COFFEE
 
It is a different method found by the Irish, who are known for their fondness for alcohol, to add flavor to coffee. It is made by mixing coffee, sugar and whiskey and adding whipped cream on top. It is generally served in a long, handled cup.
 
 
 
 
CUPS
 
Mugs; It is frequently used in serving coffee. Both loose coffees and coffees flavored with water or milk are served in mugs.
 
 
 
AMERICANO

It is prepared by adding 120 ml of hot water to 60 ml of espresso. This produces a looser and easier to drink coffee than espresso. It can be sweetened with sugar when served. No milk is added. It has a very light golden, thin creamy layer on top.

 
FILTER COFFEE
 
Filter coffee is the name given to the way coffee is prepared. In this method, medium-ground coffee beans are definitely used. The roasting level and type of coffee beans vary according to personal tastes. Water heated to a level close to boiling gently extracts the aroma and taste of the coffee placed in the filter and is poured into the coffee pot dripping.


COLD BREW
 
Cold Brew means cold brewing, coffee is prepared by slowly brewing in cold water for about 12 hours without any heat treatment. In this way, the aromas coming from the origin and type of coffee used emerge. The coffee beans are ground finely. Ice or milk can be used when serving.
 
 
 
 
FRENCH PRESS
 
French Press is the name given to a type of coffee brewing. Compared to filter coffee, its flavor is felt more intensely. Coffee beans that are ground finer than filter coffee are added to a handled glass serving container and hot water at a temperature close to boiling. After the coffee is brewed, the metal strainer on the container is slowly pushed down to block the grounds. In order for the coffee not to become bitter, it should not be left in the French Press for a long time.
 
 
 
CAFE AU LAİT
 
Cafe Au Lait is a type of coffee that is frequently encountered especially in Europe. It is based on plenty of hot milk. Hot milk is mixed with espresso or French press. In Europe, especially in France, Café Au Lait is served in large bowls instead of cups.
